Bio/Research
I am a member of the executive council of the CSTHA (Canadian Science and Technology History Association) and am also active in SHOT (Society for the History of Technology), having served on numerous society committees, including most recently the society's Program Committee, and the Edelstein Prize Committee, which selects, annually, an outstanding book in the history of technology. I am a Contributing Editor of Technology and Culture, a member of the Editorial Board of Engineering Studies, and served for many years as Associate Editor of History and Technology.
