Bio/Research
Eldon Emberly is an Associate Professor in the Department of Physics at Simon Fraser University, where he obtained his Ph.D. in 2000. He was a Postdoctoral Researcher at the NEC Research Institute at Princeton from 2000 to 2002 and at The Rockefeller University from 2002 to 2004. Dr. Emberly received two major awards for his thesis: the NSERC Thesis Prize and the CAGS-UMI Thesis Prize. He currently holds a Tier II Canada Research Chair. Dr. Emberly is a CIFAR Scholar in the Nanoelectronics Program.
