I taught Political Science at the University of Ottawa starting in 1976. I have also taught Political Science at McMaster University (Hamilton, Ontario) from 1971 to 1976, and been visiting professor at Carleton University (Ottawa), Université Laval (Québec City), Université du Québec à Montréal, Université du Québec à Hull and York University's Glendon College (Toronto). I have been chairman of the Political Science Department and director of Graduate Studies in Political Science at the University of Ottawa.
