Dr. Ilow teaches undergraduate ("Digital Communications") and ("Digital Signal Processing") and graduate ("Mobile Communications Systems") courses at DalTech. He's also involved in teaching telecommunications and wide area networks in the internetworking program. He has published over 20 papers in technical journals and conference proceedings in the areas of wireless networks and statistical communication theory.
