Dr. Nicole Jackson is an asoociate professor with the School for International Studies at Simon Fraser University. She obtained her PhD and MSc from the London School of Economics, and her BA from the University of Toronto.
Her research focuses on security studies, foreign policy analysis, authoritarianism, and international organized crime. Since 1994, her work in the field has taken her to Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan.
