My research program is comprised of three interrelated areas: Career Psychology, Consultation, Social Justice Theory and Pedagogy, Feminist/Multicultural Counselling Psychology and International Psychology. Within each of these areas I examine issues related to social justice and oppression with special attention given to diversity such as; immigration, nationality, ethnicity, race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, language and social class.
