He offers traditional and minimally-invasive approaches to pediatric urologic surgery, utilizing laparoscopic, endoscopic, and robot-assisted techniques. Special clinical interests include: obstruction of the ureteral pelvic junction, vesicoureteral reflux, reconstructive surgery for congenital problems such as hypospadias, ambiguous genitalia, disorders of sexual development, and congenital adrenal hyperplasia. His research has focused on molecular mechanisms of urologic malignancies and genitourinary development.
