M. Ali Montazer, Ph.D., is the associate dean for student affairs and professor of industrial engineering. His research includes simulation modeling of production and manufacturing systems and business operations, statistical methods and lean / Six Sigma initiatives. He has worked on lean and simulation modeling projects with the Bilco Company, Consolidated Industries, Valley Tool & Manufacturing, Remington Products Company, and Unilever in Clinton, Conn.
