Bio/Research

After obtaining his MSc and PhD at Kiel University in Germany, Dr. Boecker worked as a lecturer in the Department of Agricultural Policy and Market Research at the University of Giessen in Germany. In September 2005, Boecker and his family moved to Canada where he joined the Department of Food, Agricultural and Resource Economics (then: Agricultural Economics and Business) in his new position as an assistant professor.
