Bio/Research

Bogart, an acclaimed director and an innovative leader in contemporary theater, is the co-founder of Saratoga International Theatre Institute (SITI), along with Japanese director Tadashi Suzuki. Bogart has won two Obie Awards for best direction, among other honors. In addition to directing dozens of productions, she is the author of A Director Prepares, The Viewpoints Book and And Then, You Act.
