Dr. Gharabaghi’s research is primarily focused on watershed scale water quality models and on improving the accuracy of calculations within management tools to protect source waters from further degradation.
He has co-authored over 240 manuscripts in refereed scientific journals and conference proceedings. He has more than twenty years of experience in research and development in hydrologic modelling and non-point source pollution control in Canada and internationally.
Gharabaghi is currently leading several research projects in collaboration with Conservation Authorities, Ministry of Environment, Ministry of Transportation, Ministry of Natural Resources, and Ministry of Agriculture.
