Dr. Garrett’s work focuses on professional education and educational technologies, and evaluation methods. For the last five years has been working in the field of educational technology particularly in the use of simulation, e-portfolios and scientific philosophy at UBC. His research interests are in the application of AI techniques in education, educational use of social networking and use of e-learning to support clinical education.
