Bina Ramamurthy can speak to the news media about blockchain technology and its applications.As director of UB’s Blockchain ThinkLab, she teaches an introductory course on the emerging technology. She’s also developing a massive open online course (to be available on the Coursea platform) that focuses on blockchain technology.Additionally, Ramamurthy teaches courses in data-intensive computing and emerging applications and big data platforms such as Hadoop and Spark ecosystem. She is the program director for a SUNY-approved undergraduate certificate program in data-intensive computing.
