Bio/Research
Dr. Carol Joyce is Director of the St. John's CaMos Centre, and is an Associate Professor of Medicine (Endocrinology) at Memorial University of Newfoundland. She is also Medical Director of the Diabetes Clinic for the Health Care Corporation of St. John's. In addition to patient care and teaching, her research interests are in osteoporosis epidemiology and treatment, prevention of diabetes complications, new modalities of diabetes therapy, and genetics of and screening for Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndromes.
