Bio/Research

Don is the Director of ACICR and an Associate Professor in the Department of Public Health Sciences, School of Public Health, University of Alberta. His research interests are in injury epidemiology, health outcomes, health data linkage, medication use and injury in seniors. He obtained his doctorate in Physical Education from the University of Alberta, his MSc in Epidemiology from Queens University and his BPE from the University of Alberta. He has adjunct appointments at the Universities of British Columbia and Northern British Columbia.
