Eric Marcus, Ph.D., is a consulting social psychologist and directs the master’s program in industrial and organizational psychology. He works extensively in the area of conflict and its productive use in groups and organizations, and conducts experiential workshops on group dynamics. He can discuss group dynamics, conflict and its resolution, feedback and team development. He has authored several articles on consulting, conflict, and global community development, and most recently co-edited the third edition of the Handbook of Conflict Resolution.
