The aim of Dr. Reuter's research is to understanding and prediction of severe convective storms, hail, tornadoes, and flooding. The emphasis is on clarifying interactions between dynamic, thermodynamic and microphysical processes in clouds. We combine observations from weather radar and soundings with cloud-scale models. Dr. Reuter participates in the Canadian Weather Research Program network and GEWEX
