Helen Chun joined the Cornell School of Hotel Administration as an assistant professor of services marketing in 2009. Helen earned her Ph.D. in business administration (marketing) from the Marshall School of Business at University of Southern California. Her research interests include consumer experience management in the service context, with a focus on the role of consumer emotions, anticipation, memory, and sensory marketing. She teaches Consumer Behavior, Marketing Principles, and Marketing Management for Services, and she has been honored with the Teacher of the Year Award and Ted Teng ’79 Dean’s Teaching Excellence Award.
