Jason’s blend of practical knowledge and academic theory informs his teaching practices, offering a full spectrum of learning possibilities for students.

Jason has a strong commitment to open education model as it expands access to education by providing access to students for whom traditional approaches are not well-suited.

Jason’s current research interests include temporary foreign workers (migrant workers) in Canada, union renewal and revitalization, diversity in trade unions, political economy of occupational health and safety and critical re-examinations of management history.
