Dr. Jill Hobbs is professor at the University of Saskatchewan. She received her Ph.D. from the University of Aberdeen. She is currently President-Elect of the Canadian Agricultural Economics Society, and the Canadian editor of the journal Supply Chain Management: An International Journal. Dr. Hobbs has extensive experience in agri-business management and has also conducted research on consumer acceptability of genetically modified foods and consumer responses to specific health properties in foods.
