Dr. Lam’s research interests are in the fields of entrepreneurship, small business management, family business, and regional economic development. He has published articles and case studies on the role of entrepreneurs, entrepreneurial traits, venture creation, family business management, and succession process in family firms. His current research includes longevity of family firms, as well as local economic development.
