Joseph, Enbridge Professor of Energy Policy joined the Alberta School of Business in 2000 and quickly helped grow and champion the now eleven-year old MBA specialization in Natural Resources, Energy and Environment, as well as the Centre for Applied Business Research in Energy and the Environment. He was also the first Director of the University of Alberta’s School of Energy and the Environment from 2006 - 2010.
His professional interests are in energy and regulatory economics and policy and he is a frequent commentator in the media and analyst to government departments, regulatory agencies and private sector entities in the energy sector.
