Justin Massie is Assistant Professor at the Graduate School of Public and International Affairs of the University of Ottawa. He is also Associate Researcher at the Centre interuniversitaire de recherche sur les relations internationales du Canada et du Québec (ÉNAP), at the Centre for Foreign Policy and Security Studies (UQÀM), and at the Réseau francophone de recherche sur les opérations de paix (Université de Montréal). His current research focuses on France's importance in Canadian strategic culture, Canadian participation in contemporary peace operations, and the emergence of a neoconservative strategic culture in Canada.
