Kyle C. Kopko received his Ph.D. in political science from The Ohio State University in 2010, with a specialization in American politics and judicial politics. Dr. Kopko serves as the Director of the Center for Rural Pennsylvania within the Pennsylvania General Assembly, and Adjunct Professor of Political Science at Elizabethtown College. His research interests include American politics, public policy, rural affairs, election law, constitutional law, judicial behavior, political psychology, and campaigns and elections. Dr. Kopko has published articles in Election Law Journal, Judicature, Political Behavior, and Presidential Studies Quarterly, and co-authored two university press books.
