I am an Assistant Professor in the School of Exercise Science, Physical and Health Education (EPHE) in the Faculty of Education at the University of Victoria (UVic).

My teaching and research areas include human wellness and potential, leadership, active health and workplace wellness.

Bio/Research

I am an Assistant Professor in the School of Exercise Science, Physical and Health Education (EPHE) in the Faculty of Education at the University of Victoria (UVic).

My teaching and research areas include human wellness and potential, leadership, active health and workplace wellness.

I am also the Coordinator of the UVic undergraduate Recreation and Health Education (RHED) program.

I have worked in not-for profit, municipal recreation and private fitness agencies and as a co-producer and host for the internationally syndicated television fitness show called Body Moves, produced by CHEK-Television in Victoria, British Columbia.
