Dr. Lapierre teaches courses on leadership, organizational behaviour, and human resources management to B.Comm, MBA, M.Sc., and Ph.D. students. He has research interests in occupational health psychology, with paticular emphasis on work-family conflict, and in leader-follower relationships. His research has been published in various journals, such as the Journal of Management, Personnel Psychology, the Journal of Occupational Health Psychology, the Journal of Vocational Behavior, and The Leadership Quarterly. He is past associate editor (Interdisciplinary Division) for the Canadian Journal of Administrative Sciences and currently serves on the editorial boards of the Journal of Occupational Health Psychology and the Journal of Business and Psychology.
