Marcia Prenguber, ND, FABNO, is the newly appointed Dean of the UB College of Naturopathic Medicine, having started in this role on February 28, 2014. Dr. Prenguber is a board-certified naturopathic oncologist and former President, Council on Naturopathic Medical Education (CNME), and Director of Integrative Care, Goshen Center for Cancer Care. Dr. Prenguber is a Fellow of the American Board of Naturopathic Oncology. She is a co-founder of the Naturopathic Post-Graduate Association, the naturopathic residency organization. With previous experience as a teacher and an administrator, Dr. Prenguber received her doctorate in natural medicine from the National College of Naturopathic Medicine in Portland, OR, a Master of Science in Education Administration from California State University, Fullerton, CA, and a Master of Science in Education from Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, MD. She was named the 2008 Naturopathic Physician of the Year by the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians for exhibiting excellence in leadership, ethics, individual achievement and advancement of the naturopathic community.
