Born in Montreal; BA (Film and Music) from Concordia and MA (Communications) from McGill. Studied electroacoustic music with Bengt Hambraeus, alcides lanza, and Kevin Austin. Before coming to SFU in 1981, musician, sound designer and worked in concert and theatre production. Often collaborating with artists from both music and other disciplines, works in music, dance, theatre, film/video, new media and installations have been presented both locally and internationally. Avid improviser.
