Dr. Horn is a specialist in twentieth century international relations, particularly the period from 1914-1945. His interests include international finance, diplomacy, and military history. He is the author of Britain, France and the Financing of the First World War (2002), as well as articles and reviews in various scholarly journals. Presently he is engaged on two projects: a book on the American bank J.P. Morgan & Co. in the 1930s and an exploration of American business and occupied France from 1940-1945.
