Dr. Natalie Bazarova’s research focuses on the intersection of interpersonal communication, communication technologies, and social cognition. Her research interests include self-disclosure and privacy in social media, mental health self-disclosure, personal relationships in different media, attributional judgments, and group collaboration. Natalie's work has appeared in Journal of Communication, Human Communication Research, Communication Yearbook, Communication Research, Journal of Language and Social Psychology, and Journal of Computer-Mediated Communication, and has been recognized by several top paper awards from national and international communication conferences.
