Nicholas is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Policy Analysis and Management at Cornell University. His research focuses on environmental policy, environmental quality, health, and education. He received his PhD in Economics from the University of California, Davis, and was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Stanford Institute for Economic Policy Research. Prior to coming to Cornell, he was an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at the College of William & Mary from 2012-2015.
