Ning Dai can speak to members of the media about how wastewater is treated and recycled for agricultural and landscape irrigation, industrial processes, toilet flushing and other purposes.She can also discuss disinfection by-products (DBPs), which result from chemical reactions between organic and inorganic matter in water with chemical treatment agents during the water disinfection process.Her research is funded by the National Science Foundation.
