Bio/Research

Pamela began her career at Fones as an adjunct clinical faculty member teaching second year clinic. She joined full time faculty as an Assistant Clinical Professor responsible for overseeing the second year clinical rotation at the Jettie S. Tisdale School in Bridgeport and, in additon, teaching Dental Material Lab. Pamela has served as a Thesis Advisor for master degree candidates. Her professional background includes public health positions working with the Foundation for Children and the American Academy of Pediatrics on the initiative to Engage Medical Clinicians in Oral Health. Previous to that she was a Public Health Dental Hygienist for the city of Bridgeport working in the Bridgeport schools. She has over 25 years of clinical experience in private and group dental practices.

Pamela received her certificate in Dental Hygiene from the Forsyth School of Dental Hygiene in conjunction with her Associates of Science from Northeastern University, Bachelors of Science from Quinnipiac University, summa cum laude, and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Bridgeport.

Pam’s professional affiliations include the American Dental Hygiene Association and the Connecticut Dental Hygiene Association.
