Peter Richardson is Canada's leading expert in corporate turnarounds and a leading authority on strategic management and the management of innovation. His strategic approach to cost management and margin improvement has been widely adopted by industry. He earned an MBA and a Ph.D. at the University of Western Ontario. His pioneering work with municipalities has introduced new approaches to organizing work and compensating employees. He has also been extensively involved in cost-recovery initiatives in the public sector. Clients: SKF, Teck Corporation, Cominco, Noranda, Sherritt, Ryder Logistics, Fulcrum Technologies, Xerox, Bombardier, Alcoa, Atlas Van Lines, Argyle Diamonds, the Gold Institute, Kvaerner Hymac, and government agencies such as CANMET, National Defence, and the Department of Health and Welfare.
