Bio/Research
Dr. Sokol joined the Division in 1994. She is board-certified in Internal Medicine and is an internationally recognized expert in male fertility. She supervises and instructs residents in the clinical and laboratory evaluation of infertile males. Her research focuses on sperm function testing and toxicology. She oversees the Andrology clinic and lectures on sperm function testing, basic male physiology, and clinical male infertility. As a medical endocrinologist and NIH-funded scientist, she provides a valuable resource to the department.
