My main research interests include: behavioral finance; investor knowledge and pension fund design; experimental asset markets; investment fund performance; fixed-income return enhancement; modeling and predicting interest rates; pricing and hedging futures; and the relationship between financial markets and the macroeconomy. I have consulted for large and small firms in the private sector as well as government agencies. Projects have included the behavioral aspects of investment, saving and pension design; the predictability of interest rates; designing risk management programs; expert testimony on hedging; capital market performance, etc. In addition, I have addressed business audiences on numerous occasions.
