Robert Farrell has been teaching at the law school since 1984. During that time, he has taught contracts, property, remedies, administrative law, and equal protection. He has been the director of the law school's summer program at Trinity College in Dublin since 1995 and was the associate dean of the law school from 1988 through 1990. He has served as the chair of two dean search committees, and as chair of the Academic Status Committee and of the Admissions Committee. His principal area of scholarly interest is the Equal Protection Clause.
