Rechico is the coordinator for Foundation Studio. Her varied studio practise is currently focused on maps, routing, wayfaring, walking and the everyday. She is also interested in public space as is revealed in her curatorial work, as co-curator of WADE (with Christie Pearson), a Toronto-wide weekend of art in Toronto's wading pools.
She has taught at the Ontario College of Art, The University of Toronto and the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design. Rechico has long been active in the Toronto Art community through her involvement with Open Studio and Mercer Union, and as the co-founder and past president of the Red Head Gallery.
Rechico has exhibited across Canada, Europe and Australia. Her work has been featured in numerous publications and is held in many public and private collections.
