I received my Ph.D. in Computer Science at the University of Cambridge in 2004, my M.Sc. from the University of British Columbia in 2000 and my B.Sc. from Brock University in 1998. I am currently working at Dalhousie University as an associate professor. Before arriving at Dalhousie, I worked primarily on semi-automatic image editing, but I also dabbled in sound synthesis and human motion editing. My current interests lie in the areas of non-photorealistic rendering, image editing, animation and visualization. For fun, I like to draw, walk dogs and occasionally ski without style.
