Bio/Research
Stephen Healey joined the University in 1998 as the founding director of the Program in World Religions (now named Religion and Politics). Healey earned the Ph.D. at Boston College in 1996. At UB, in addition to teaching, Healey has served in a number of administrative roles, including chairing the Core Commission, directing the program in General Studies, and serving as dean of the School of Arts and Sciences. Currently, he serves at the associate provost.
