Summer McGee, Ph.D, is Program Director for the MS in Health Care Administration program at the University of New Haven. McGee has been recognized nationally as an expert in health policy, management and bioethics. She has published extensively on public participation in bioethics and public policy, public health ethics, research ethics, and the ethics of chronic pain and has published more than a dozen peer-reviewed publications, encyclopedia entries, book chapters and commentaries.
