Selles' business, Integrity Works, helps people live meaningful, purposeful, productive, and ethical lives at home and at work. He is a registered family therapist with 25 years experience offering therapy to individuals, couples, families and groups. He earned his master’s in marriage and family therapy from the University of Guelph in 1993 with a thesis on adolescent suicide.
A highlight of his career was being chosen to be the Master of Ceremonies for Toronto’s United Nations International Day for People with Disabilities in 2009. He maintains a private practice and provides trauma debriefing, resiliency training, mental health wellness workshops, and teambuilding services to organizations. He is a regular on-air contributor to AM900 CHML. Selles is a sessional professor at the University of Guelph-Humber and Humber College. His latest book, “The Heart of the Pearl,” is a guide to overcoming abuse.
