Dr. Bakowsky is an Associate Professor with the Faculty of Medicine. Dr. Bakowsky obtained his MD degree from Queen's University in 1994. He pursued post-graduate medical training in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology at Dalhousie University. Following this, he completed a one year Rheumatology Research Fellowship, also at Dalhousie. He joined the Dept. of Medicine as a full-time member in the year 2000. Dr. Bakowsky has been the Program Director for the Postgraduate Training Program in the Division of Rheumatology since 2005.
