Dr Cader is the principal scientist and academic co-ordinator for the StemBANCC consortium. This is a major public-private partnership aiming to develop the resources and expertise for successful drug development on a stem cell platform.
He runs a neuroscience research group to understand the mechanism underlying neurogenetic disorders including migraine and nerve degeneration.
He is a practicing Consultant Neurologist.
Dr Cader has done TV and radio interviews including for BBC, ITV, Sky, ABC, Fox and more, and has taken part in media briefings.
